Medical Equipment Loan Program

A sudden illness or injury can require expensive medical equipment.  Whether your requirements are temporary or you need time to arrange a permanent solution, HASL’s Medical Equipment Loan Program helps bridge the gap between immediate need and the time it takes to acquire equipment through the medical system or by other means.

We provide free access to wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walkers, canes, crutches, bath aids and more on a temporary basis.

Call or come in during our office hours to discuss your needs and find the equipment that is right for you.

We offer a contract for an initial loan period of 3 months which can be extended for an additional 3 months if the item is still needed. Our loan program is offered to the community free of charge.

In Southern Oregon it can be difficult to find the right mobility equipment offered for rent.  Renting wheelchairs, scooters or other medical equipment can be difficult to arrange.  In addition to our loan program, we can help find resources to provide permanent access if necessary.
